Working out with Brendon and his coaches has helped me physically and mentally. I built up strength, speed, and overall athleticism. I improved my 40 yard dash time from a 5.5 to a 5 flat. This program kept my body in great shape, helped me lose unnecessary weight, and gain more muscle. This program helps both high school athletes and the youth prepare for the next level. Coach Brendon made me realize that I have to put the work in on my body, just as much as I do with my skill. I will highly recommend becoming part of this program.
