Entry: Phase 1
Loc: Route 28
Salem, NH

Construction is rolling on Route 28 in Salem. 18,000 square feet, being built for the athletes, families, and coaches who are about to call it home.

Opening in November: a brand-new lobby, the professional training wing with 24-hour access, our sports performance turf, and dedicated baseball training lanes.

Every week it gets closer. Every week it gets more real. The exact opening day gets announced the moment the final inspection ink dries. And trust us, you'll hear about it.

Until then, follow the build on Instagram. Watching this place come alive is half the fun. Walking through those doors for the first time is the other half.

We didn't come to Salem just to open a building. We came to build something that belongs here.

And Phase 1 is just the beginning.

Phase 2 brings a multi-use court, and something for the kids we're calling The Club Haus. We're just starting to show it. Just know it's being built with them in mind.

Phase 2 also brings a shared office suite: real workspace for the coaches and trainers building their businesses under our roof. Inside it, a podcast room made for the stories that happen on this floor. Athletes, coaches, parents, Salem. Those conversations deserve a real room.

More on all of it when it's ready. Some things you have to walk into to understand.

Groups by age
All sports

Athletic development groups by age, sport-specific training, and basketball skills training are running now. Spots are capped by coach-to-athlete ratio. When a group fills, it fills.

Volleyball training is offered privately. Inquire to set it up.

Off-season programs for wrestling, basketball, baseball, track, hockey, lacrosse, and volleyball. Each one is built around what that sport demands on game day. No filler. No wasted reps. Every session has a purpose, and the purpose is showing up to tryouts as a different athlete.

While our new home gets built, Haus athletes won't miss a single rep. Through a partnership with Greater Lawrence Technical School, all programming from September through mid-November runs out of a fully equipped weight room and training space at GLTS.

We're calling it Haus in Residence, and this November, we all move home together.

Same standard. Same schedule. No missed reps.

¶ 05.3
Entry: MVMNT
For: Adults
Status: Phase 3

Parents and adult members: this building isn't just for the kids.

You've spent years in the bleachers. Early drives to practice, late nights on the sidelines, watching your kids chase something. MVMNT is where you get to chase something again.

MVMNT by Haus is our new adult brand: a brand-new strength and conditioning space, plus yoga and pilates. Built for the parent, the former athlete, and anyone ready to take their own training seriously.

Coming in Phase 3. We're building it right, not fast.

Founding Families get first access to MVMNT memberships before they ever open to the public, and their founding rates stay locked whenever MVMNT opens.

A Note From the Founder

HAUS started with a simple idea: develop better athletes and better people.

What began as a place to train became something much bigger than I ever imagined. It became a community. A place where athletes grew up, families became friends, coaches became mentors, and people kept showing up for one another.

Now, as we begin our next chapter in Salem, I don't want to lose what made HAUS special in the first place.

We're building something better. More intentional. More complete. But the heart of it stays the same.

The equipment will be new. The building will be new. The name on the door may look a little different. But the reason we built this place hasn't changed.

We want you to walk through these doors and feel like you're part of something.

Not because you're the fastest.
Not because you're the strongest.
Not because you're an athlete.

Because you belong here.

This is the next chapter of HAUS.
And I can't wait for you to be part of it.

One per household, covers everyone in your family. It locks your founding program rates for a full year, puts your family name on the Founders Wall of the new building, gets you first access to opening week, and first crack at MVMNT when it launches. Your founding MVMNT rates are locked whenever it opens, no matter when that is.

And the $150 isn't a fee. It applies directly to your fall registration or your first month at Salem.

This closes the day we open and never comes back. You can't become a founder after the doors are open.
