Sports have the power to transform and empower us. It is only natural that we want to stand out every time we step foot on the playing field. To achieve that, Haus of Athletes is based on the values that make an incredible athlete & the only way to get to the best version of you… is you. Are you up for it?

Whether you are an elite performer or an athlete new to your journey, our pledge is to help you be the most fully-developed athlete you can be—in your body and in your life. From the basics of fitness and eating right to the complex avenues of sports performance & mental development, we are here to help show you the proven formula that we live and breath by at Haus of Athletes.

It doesn’t matter if you’re 16 years old and looking to make the varsity team, or if you’re 60 years old and ready to get in the best shape of your life, we look at everyone who walks through our doors as an ATHLETE and are dedicated to help you achieve your goals.

Haus of Athletes can be summarized in three words: Total. Athlete. Optimization. As our founder Brendon Medugno likes to say, “Be brave and take risks. Trust your instincts to make unexpected choices that push you beyond your comfort zone. The harder the struggle, the more glorious the triumph”

WHO We are

Haus of Athletes provides a unique blend of evidence based, field tested training solutions both on-site and online. We first opened 2016 at an athletic training facility in Methuen Massachusetts. From these humble beginnings, we have become known around the Merrimack Valley for our coaching programming and our training philosophy.

We have been called upon by some of the top university, preparatory, high School & youth organizations in the Northeast. Until recently, our fitness experience was confined to athletes who were able to train within our facility walls, but Coming soon, our training will be available from anywhere in the world via the Haus of Athletes Online Training Portal.

We are on a mission to empower as many athletes as possible with an all-embracing philosophy regarding the mind, body, and spirit. We believe that if all athletes have access to the best tools and knowledge, they will be able to achieve their fullest potential, both on and off the playing field.  Performance on all levels!

Brendon Medugno founded Become Athlete (a training program located inside Become Fitness training facility) in 2016 with a passion to help athletes of all ages, in any sport, reach their full potential. Every program uses the same fundamentals & techniques that have proven successful to all our elite athletes.

Brendon is renowned for his incredible focus and work ethic, and brings that same dedication to his role as Owner and Master coach at Haus of Athletes. He has a passion to help athletes break out of their comfort zones and reach new heights in athleticism.

My name is Kevin Broadbent. I am the Assistant Manager at the HAUS of Athletes as well as a Personal Trainer. I have been a part of this great team since late 2021 and it’s been nothing but positivity all around. In the gym, you’ll typically see me at the front desk most nights. During the day I’ll either be training clients to help them achieve their goals, or training myself to be the best I can be. Outside of my work life, I am an aspiring bodybuilder, training very hard to be competitive in the industry. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and I’m also big into gaming when I get the free time in my busy days.

My goal being a part of the HAUS team is to be the best trainer I can be, while also balancing management and keeping the facility in the best shape possible. I enjoy seeing people make progress in the gym both physically and mentally and want to do everything I can to make sure anyone I train gets the results they desire.

    Mike Loebelenz

Sports and working out have always been deeply intertwined in my life and a centerpiece of my family. I grew up like most kids who played sports, promising to buy my parents a yacht after I signed my first Big League contract. After deciding to retire early following my final senior year game, I realized that I needed a new passion. I knew I wanted to incorporate athletics into my job and lifestyle as well as giving back to my community in a meaningful way. This led me down the pathway of Physical Therapy. After completing my schooling and gaining experience in the typical Physical Therapy world I quickly realized that it was not what I envisioned. My hands were constantly tied in terms of the time and type of treatment I could provide my patients. I knew that I could do more for both myself and the patients who wanted their lives back. This sparked my interest in starting a clinic of my own.

Rise Above Physical Therapy was built on the dream of providing every patient with the same level of care and outcomes that I would expect as a patient myself. A place where your success is our success. We realize that you are not only spending your hard earned money, you’re also spending your TIME. The one thing you truly can’t get back. That’s why we are committed to giving you the 1 on 1 attention you deserve so that you can spend your life DOING the things you enjoy rather than WISHING you could.

Our vision going forward is a new wave of healthcare where the treatment truly represents the patient’s goals rather than simply being pushed through the system. A place where patients get the time to build trust, connection, and a working relationship with their healthcare provider. If this sounds like the type of treatment you are looking for, reach out and schedule a FREE 20 MINUTE CONSULTATION to see how we can help!
