Learn & discover flexibility, balance, coordination, and speed through fitness & cardio games. Our main goal is to help children develop an active and positive lifestyle. We also incorporate ninja warrior obstacle challenges & youth sport skills! Ages 6-8

TUESDAY: 5pm
WEDNESDAY: 5pm
SATURDAY: 10am
Getting children active at a young age is EXTREMELY important! Doing so helps to set the foundation for a lifetime of healthy movement and exercise. Not to mention, all of our Youthletes at Haus of Athletes have a ton of fun throughout the process!
