HYBRID

This class thinks outside the box of traditional strength training by allowing your body to perform real-life activities in real-life positions. Functional Fitness will improve balance, core, and coordination with exercises that use multiple joints, muscles, and planes of movement. All levels welcome. 60 Minute Class
SATURDAYS: 9:00am

PUMP’D

A full-body strength training class specifically designed to build strength, add definition, improve bone density, and decrease body fat while increasing lean muscle. This class is great for people of all fitness levels and ages. 60 Minutes
FRIDAYS: 5:30am & 9:00am

AMP’D

This challenging workout focuses on strength and resistance movements, interspersed with bursts of cardio to build muscle while keeping your heart rate in the fat-burning zone. A variety of equipment and exercise techniques will be used to make you stronger, increase your endurance, and improve your movement. All levels welcome. 60 Minute Class
MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS: 5:30am, 9:00am, 5:00pm

H.E.A.T

High Energy Athletic Training is designed to push you out of your comfort zone with various athletic drills, endurance-based strength training, and bursts of cardio intervals utilizing a variety of equipment. With no two workouts being alike, you will be challenged mentally and physically to bring out the best you! 60 Minute Class
TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS: 5:30am, 9:00am, 5:00pm
