Training with Coach Brendon has been a great athletic experience. Not only were the workouts tailored to our individual sports, but we worked on every aspect of being an athlete: strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and footwork. After putting in work in the weight room, recovery was just as important and helped me become a better athlete. Coach Brendon’s focus is on not just getting athletes stronger physically, but also building mental discipline and toughness.
